2. Using this site

The Site presents our products, videos and brand information. By using it you agree to these terms. Please use the Site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, copy it wholesale, or misuse its content.

3. Products and purchases

Product pages on this Site link to our official online store, where orders, payments and refunds are processed securely. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and may change without notice. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; small variations in color or finish can occur. Delivery is currently offered within the United Arab Emirates. Questions about an order, exchanges or returns? Message us on WhatsApp — a human (usually a parent) answers.

4. Our characters and content

The Diggy Dinos characters, the Diggy Kids Zone name and logo, our artwork, product designs, books, puzzles, music and videos are our intellectual property. We're delighted when you share them with your kids — please don't reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

5. Videos and third-party links

The Site embeds or links to services we don't control, including YouTube (our videos), our online store, and social media. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

6. Privacy

The Site doesn't require accounts and doesn't collect personal data beyond what you choose to send us when you contact us (such as your name and phone number on WhatsApp, or your email). We use that information only to reply and handle your request, and we don't sell it to anyone.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" — we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for losses arising from its use to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
